Returns or Exchanges

  • How can I exchange or get a refund for a product?

Refunds or exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase:

    • Contact our Return Department: customerservice@on-sitelaser.com to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (this must accompany the return).

    • Box item securely in original packaging if possible. Provide copy of original purchase.

    • Write RMA number on the return label AND on outside of SHIPPING box.

    • Ship to On-Site Laser, LLC 13696 Via Cima Bella San Diego, CA 92129.

    • Refunds will be issued less a 20% restocking fee. Restrictions may apply.

  • When will my exchange or refund request be processed?

We will process your return within 3 days of receiving your returned item. Exchanged items will be charged shipping & handling fees.

  • If chose a refund rather than an exchange. How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, for the amount you were charged minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • The shipper has returned my order/package to On-Site Laser. What happens now?

Once we receive the package, we’ll credit your credit card back in full, less a 20% restocking fee.
